At AspenOvations, we want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with easy returns and exchanges. Please read our policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
✔ Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 20 days of receiving your order.
✔ Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
✔ Non-Returnable Items:
*Personalized or custom-made items
*Sale or clearance items (final sale)
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, follow these steps:
1️⃣ Contact Us – gabyvankampen@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2️⃣ Approval & Instructions – Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and the return shipping address.
3️⃣ Ship Your Item – Send your item using a trackable shipping service to ensure it reaches us.
📌 Note: We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
4. Exchanges
✔ Exchanges are accepted for defective or damaged items.
✔ If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the original item and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at gabyvankampen@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
6. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
